A short drive away from the bustling Chicago metropolis lies this home. A calming, serene escape from it all, complete with exquisite sunrises and sunsets over the waterfront of Paw Paw Lake. Make no mistake about it, this brand new single family home is fully equipped for lavish parties, boat rides and BBQ’s fit for a crowd! At the same time, we intentionally designed the grand spaces for small and intimate gatherings maximizing functionality, mood versatility and gorgeous aesthetics throughout.

The Client:

Our beloved client dreamt of a legacy home they could invite all of their friends and family to for weekend escapes, extended stays and holiday celebrations. Their interest in sporting events, wine and culinary arts allowed us to outfit the home with an indoor + outdoor kitchen any five star chef would be proud of! We sourced authentic wine barrels from California for their custom designed, jaw dropping underground wine cellar [coming soon] and various treasures to reflect their tastes and preferences from all over the world and the United States making this home truly a one-of-a-kind experience.
